CTB Outstanding Woman in Business Award

This award celebrates women who have truly excelled, not only in their professional lives, but as leaders and role models.

Recognizing an outstanding, professional woman in ND who has made significant contributions to her organization (past or present), her profession, and her community as determined by our judging panel. Leaders who not only have an impressive list of achievements, but who are also looked to as role models and mentors for women hoping to follow in their footsteps.

In evaluating the nomination packages, the judges will look at the following:

Evaluation/Selection Criteria for 3rd Party Nomination

1. Accomplishments of the nominee within her organization/industry (max 400 words) — for example, demonstrated initiative to improve place of employment through creative or untraditional methods (this may include improving moral, improving customer service, improving efficiency of tasks, leading project development, leading special initiatives, etc.)

2. Contributions of nominee to local community or across the state of ND (max 400 words) — evidence of social responsibility, community service or mentorship

3. Maximum of 3 Supporting materials (letters of recommendation, copies of news articles, etc)
