Amanda McKinnon

Amanda McKinnon - MSPIRE

Amanda McKinnon is the Bodacious Brander & CEO of MSPIRE, a branding and marketing studio. She is risk taker, magic maker, and business shaker. Her career is a wildly woven ball of branding and marketing strategy, writing, design, social media, event planning, media buying, public relations, and beyond (human resources and management). Amanda has a strong passion for building other’s confidence, while propelling businesses to the top in their industry. She’s spearheaded efforts to put startups on the map, teamed up with an author to launch two bestselling books, and more.


April Mettler

April Mettler - CC's Physical Therapy and The Studios

A 2008 graduate of the University of Mary’s Doctor of Physical therapy program, Dr April Mettler, PT, WCS, has made her stake in Bismarck’s health and wellness community by traveling outside the norm. Dr Mettler started her private practice in Jan 2011 as a one woman shop and has since expanded into The Broadway Centre that houses four doctors of physical therapy and hosts group fitness classes not typical to your everyday exercise routine. As a rehabilitation leader in the community, she was North Dakota’s first Women’s Health Board Certified Specialist through the ABPTS, the first to introduce Functional Dry Needling to the state of North Dakota as well as an innovator in developing a unique experience in the area’s group fitness industry. Dr Mettler resides in Mandan with her husband and three small boys Hank, Blake, and Boone.


Carla Schwartzenberger

Carla Schwartzenberger - Razor Consulting Solutions

Co-founder of Razor Consulting Solutions in Watford City, Carla is a true North Dakota native and has called North Dakota “home” since birth.  Carla obtained degrees from Bismarck State College, University of Mary, and Minot State University.  Carla has been named to Prairie Business Magazine’s Top 25 Women in Business and was recently awarded North Dakota’s Small Business Person of the Year.  Razor was named to the Top 50 Best Places to Work in the Northern Plains and was the fastest growing private business in North Dakota, per Inc. 500.


Emma Tupa

Emma Tupa -  CoSchedule

Emma Tupa is a product marketer + copywriter at CoSchedule, the fastest growing start-up in North Dakota. Based out of Fargo, her role is to write high-converting copy and host webinars that teach marketers all over the world how to create (and implement) profit-driving marketing strategies. Emma received her Bachelor of Arts in both Business Administration and Government from Augustana University in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.


Jodee Bock

Jodee Bock - Bock’s Office Transformational Consulting

Jodee Bock is principal and founder of Bock’s Office Transformational Consulting where she provides coaching, speaking, facilitation, development and delivery of customized workshops and seminars that support individuals and teams in succeeding at whatever they are committed to accomplishing. She is also the Regional Partner for the Dakotas and Minnesota regions of Master Networks. Jodee is the author of several books including The 100% Factor: Living Your Capacity, and the Own Your Story series. When she’s not speaking or working with clients, Jodee enjoys her position as head scorekeeper for the Bison men’s and women’s basketball teams and singing with the City of Lakes Sweet Adeline Chorus in Minneapolis.


Laetitia Mizero Hellerud

Laetitia Mizero Hellerud - UBUNTU Consulting

Laetitia Mizero Hellerud is an author and the Founder/ Owner of UBUNTU Consulting, which provides educational services in the area of intercultural competency development and related fields. She was resettled as a refugee from Burundi in the fall of 1998 and has resided in this community since then. She holds a BA degree in English Literature and Linguistics from the University of Burundi and a MS degree in Management from the University of Mary. She currently serves on several boards and committees, including the Fargo Human Relations Commission, The New American Consortium for Wellness and Empowerment and the F-M Symphony Orchestra. Laetitia worked for Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota in several capacities for a combined ten years between 1999-2015, most recently serving as the Director of the New Americans Program and State Refugee Coordinator. She also worked for SENDCAA Head Start program from 2002 to 2012 and coordinated a Transitional Housing Program through Lakes and Prairies Community Action Agency in Moorhead. Laetitia is married to Mark and they have two children: Yann is a senior at NDSU and an aspiring entrepreneur. Nicole is a junior at Sheyenne High School and enjoys music, theatre and leadership projects. The family currently resides in West Fargo. As an author, Laetitia’s book, BEING AT HOME IN THE WORLD: Cross-Cultural Leadership Lessons to Guide Your Journey, was released this summer, and sold a little over 500 copies the first month.


Lexi Preszler

Lexi Preszler is a big picture thinker who gets excited to dig in to the details of small businesses. While earning her degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University, she dreamed of being an entrepreneur. Lexi focused her early career on marketing for entrepreneurial startups. She brings to CTB a love of ‘crunching numbers’ from her years as a lender and manager in the banking industry.  While working in the finance industry, Lexi developed strong leadership skills and experience budgeting and analyzing financial data. She is driven to help entrepreneurs succeed by providing support and education.


Maggie Barth

Maggie Barth - Innovation School

Maggie Barth has been in the Bismarck area for over 15 years. She studied business administration and marketing at the University of Mary and proceeded to work in several fast-paced sales positions. After having two sons, she realized her organic ability as a teacher and her childhood dream of becoming an educator was stirred. After much research into the current state of education and volunteering at her children’s local public school, she felt drawn to opening an independent school for our community. In her free time, Maggie enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, learning, and creating something new… either writing or building something with her hands.


Mary Riesberg

Mary Riesberg is a well-recognized communication skills specialist, professional speaker, leadership coach and author. Mary has over 25 years of experience working with a diverse clientele. Mary provides a unique approach in working with organizations to develop a successful program in maintaining effective communication and leadership practices. Mary holds a master’s degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. She complements her speaker and voice coaching with Team Communication and Leadership training as an Executive Director with the John C. Maxwell Leadership Team.


Natasha Fedorova

Natasha Fedorova - Women's Business Development Center

Natasha is the Program Director with the Women’s Business Development Center’s Minneapolis Office. She is active in the business community and works collaboratively with advocacy organizations to advance women entrepreneurs. Natasha was honored as the Women in Business Champion of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Minnesota District Office in 2011 and was selected to be a member of the (Real) Power 50 of Minnesota Business magazine in 2017. Natasha holds Master’s in Nonprofit Administration and MBA degrees from Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis, MN.

Paula Graner is an entrepreneur with a passion for telling stories and making learning fun.  She currently owns GHR Consulting, and is a “Master Trainer” with a PHR Certification.  She is motivated to help individuals connect and add value wherever possible.  She is the current President of Master Networks, an exclusive networking group in Bismarck.


Sherri Komrosky

Sherri Komrosky - U.S. Small Business Administration

Sherri Komrosky is a Business Opportunity Specialist for the ND District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in Fargo. Prior to joining SBA she was the MN Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) Program Director for 9 years and Northern MN Area Manager for 16 years. Her duties with the SBA include government contracting and federal certification assistance.


Tonya Holmstrom

Tonya Holmstrom - Widmer Roel CPA

Tonya Holmstrom is a senior tax manager with Widmer Roel. She has more than eleven years of public accounting experience, with emphasis in business, individual, and non-profit taxation. She is highly experienced in tax consulting and tax compliance for real estate developers, contractors, auto-dealers, and tax-exempt organizations. She specializes in assisting businesses in the start-up stages via tax consulting and business planning. Tonya has an expertise in credits, incentives, and methods. She has more than five years of experience assisting clients with the Low-Income Housing Credit and Historic Rehabilitation Credit. She also devoted a great deal of her career to other credits and incentives including the 179D Energy Efficient Building Deduction, the Work Opportunity Tax Credit, Cost Segregation Studies, and the Tangible Property Regulations. Tonya is a graduate of the University of Jamestown. She is also a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of North Dakota. Tonya is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants.


Trish Bauman

Trish Glass Bauman is a Financial Services Professional with Bauman Financial. She has been in the industry for almost 7 years, working with individuals, families and business owners. Trish is a trained professional who can help you identify your financial needs and then determine which financial and insurance products can best help you meet your objectives. It’s important to determine what you’d like to achieve financially and then map out a strategy that will help you meet those goals. Trish is a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree from North Dakota State University in Business Management. While she was at NDSU she was a traveling team member of the Bison Rodeo Team. She is married to Wayde, her husband; they reside on a purebred Red Angus Ranch in Linton, ND.
