The mission of the Entrepreneur Centers of North Dakota (ECND) is to strengthen businesses in North Dakota through collaborative efforts in finance, training, counseling and technical assistance. ECND was formerly known as the One Stop Capital Shop.
Working together, neighbor helping neighbor is a way of life across the prairies of North Dakota. This philosophy of teamwork inspired the creation of the Entrepreneur Centers of North Dakota (ECND). ECND is an effort of local, state and federal resource providers who offer access to over twenty financing programs and a network of resource providers who offer counseling, training and assistance to North Dakota’s start-up and existing entrepreneurs. The goal of this group is to work jointly with business people, borrowers, lenders, economic developers and communities to streamline the financing process and provide timely service to borrowers.

CTB operates North Dakota's as the Women's Business Center, assisting with business and financial planning for women-owned enterprises. They also offer a statewide program of technical education that is delivered in the local community. This program is specifically designed to assist the participants in learning about technology and developing computer skills to enhance their business and life skills.
