The Women’s Leadership Program is an intense six month program dedicated to expanding the professional, personal, community, and health leadership skills for women of all ages. Throughout the program participants hear from many top leaders from North Dakota and beyond to guide and challenge the women to take the next steps in their leadership development. Join us at the graduation luncheon to hear how participants gained hands on experience through leadership exercises and a community philanthropy project.

Kara is the founder and CEO of Allegro Group. She is passionate about helping businesses achieve their absolute best through hiring and retaining extraordinary talent and works hard to ensure that Allegro Group is the most reputable, honest and relationship-driven search and consulting firm in the nation. Her team partners with businesses on key hires and facilitates the relocation of numerous high-level employees and their families from across the country to North Dakota every year. In addition, Kara advises businesses and leadership throughout the country on succession planning, talent strategies, organizational development and executive transitions.
Kara has been named a top woman in business and is dedicated to building women’s confidence and empowering them to grow their careers and compete in a highly-competitive marketplace. Kara is a true leader and coach who works hard to develop and guide those around her. She continues to break stereotypes and earn trust through her unique experiences and perspective, allowing Allegro Group and its clients to be at the top of their respective industries.
Kara lives in Fargo with her husband, Brian, and daughters, Kiah and Anika.
