2017 Minot Women's Leadership Program Graduation

The Women’s Leadership Program is an intense six month program dedicated to expanding the professional, personal, community and health leadership skills for women of all ages. Throughout the program participants heard from many top leaders from North Dakota and beyond to guide and challenge the women to take the next steps in their leadership development.
Join us at the graduation luncheon to hear how participants gained hands on experience through leadership exercises and a community philanthropy challenge.

Tickets are $25 and are available thru June 15.

ND Certified Women Owned Business Certification must be active at time of registration to receive discount.
WLP Alumni dues must be up to date at time of registratoin to receive discount.

Keynote: Dr. Helen Usera
Dr. Helen Usera is owner of Aspiring Business Consulting and provides training and facilitation to nonprofits, small businesses, and government agencies. She also provides marketing and social media consultation to organizations and businesses. Helen is a certified John C. Maxwell Team mentor, coach, and speaker. She has her doctorate in educational administration from University of Kansas. Helen had a ten-year career in the United States Army Reserves which allowed her the opportunity to complete her education. Helen has 2 sons and one granddaughter. Her nonprofit and community service includes Rapid City Chamber of Commerce board member, Black Hills Leadership Development board member, Air Force Global Strike Command Civic Leader, and Rapid City Summer Nights.
