Becky is a North Dakota native and has been photographing horses in their natural habitat for many years. Her work depicts the free spirit of the equine and the North Dakota plains is a perfect background for her subject.
Becky has received many awards from The Equine Photographers Network where they have international competitions yearly for the equine photographer. For the last eight years she has placed first and second in numerous of their competitions where there are entries from 15 countries and 20 states showing equines in their free and natural habitat. She has also received the Governor’s Award at the Mandan Art Association Art Show.
She has placed in competitions with the Photographers Forum where she was published in their book, The Best of Photography 2008.
