Deb Eslinger



Deb is the Executive Director of Center for Technology & Business. She is an entrepreneurial and visionary leader with a special talent for networking. She is driven to employ innovative techniques to explore potential, obliterate boundaries, and push the outer edge of what can be accomplished. As a certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker and Coach; Deb can be described as a passionate entrepreneur who uses her skill sets to help other entrepreneurs grow in the marketplace.

Deidre Hillman



Deidre is motivated and inspired when meeting new people. She enjoys conducting training on a variety of business related topics. Her years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance and Safety bring a unique perspective to CTB's team. A devotion to community development is a priority for her.

She’s an active volunteer with Make-A-Wish foundation, a Board member of the Dakota Zoo in Bismarck and a member of the Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals. Deidre earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration, both from University of Mary, and is a graduate of the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber Leadership program. 

Lindsey Hochhalter



In addition to Lindsey providing technical support to the entrepreneurs and staff she’s behind the creation of many quick prototype solutions in the software development space. Lindsey may gather requirements for an app that then can be put to bid or merge data that’s needed to drive a business forward. She understands the different layers of technical solutions and software development.

Joanna Lozensky



Joanna is our resident rock star with a strong background in finance, accounting, and customer service. She believes in the principles of hard work, honesty, loyalty, and dedication. Her interest in CTB has led her here to gain a sense of belonging, service, and leadership.

Joanna likes to paint and write in her spare time. She also enjoys participating in community events, such as fundraisers, with her friends and family.

Lexi Preszler



Lexi Preszler is a big picture thinker that gets excited to dig in to the details of small businesses.

While earning her degree in Business Administration from Abilene Christian University, she dreamed of being an entrepreneur. Lexi focused her early career on marketing for entrepreneurial startups. She brings to the team a love of ‘crunching numbers’ from her years as a lender and manager in the banking industry.  While working in the finance industry, Lexi developed strong leadership skills and experience budgeting and analyzing financial data. She is driven to help entrepreneurs succeed by providing support and education.

Laiken Aune



With a passion for progress and pushing the limits, Laiken enjoys challenging entrepreneurs and business owners to grow and develop their ideas. She specializes in marketing and is dedicated to helping others maximize their success.

Laiken’s background is in agriculture. After graduating from North Dakota State University, she spent several years working with farmers and ranchers, whom she would consider the pioneers of entrepreneurship. During her time in the Ag sector, she garnered comprehensive marketing, graphic design and event planning experience. Laiken has a heart of service and is eager to share that in North Dakota’s growing start-up communities.

Heather Aal



Heather grew up in Fargo, graduating from Fargo South and North Dakota State University. A seasoned communications professional, her passion is to help non-profits and the communities they serve, thrive. Through outreach, fundraising and marketing, for organizations such as CHARISM, ShareHouse, The Boys & Girls Club of the Red River Valley and Better Business Bureau she has dedicated her career to pulling mission, message and stakeholders together for a better community. Heather enjoys volunteering with organizations such as Great Plains Food Bank and FMWF Chamber of Commerce. She is working on her Master's Degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management.
